משלוחים בישראל

איסוף עצמי

  • ניתן לאסוף את ההזמנה מהמחסן בכתובת תל גיבורים 5 בתל אביב בימים א׳ עד ה׳ בין השעות 9:00 עד 17:00. 
  • שירות איסוף עצמי הינו חינם. 

משלוחים

  • משלוח מהיר עד הבית עד 3 ימי עסקים (הזמנות שיכנסו אחרי השעה 14:00 ייחשבו כיום עסקים הבא). 
  • משלוח הינו בעלות של 29 ש״ח.
  • משלוח חינם בהזמנות מעל 400 ש״ח.

החלפות

  • ניתן להחליף מידה, צבע או לפריט אחר עד 14 יום מקבלת המשלוח (במידה ואין את המוצר הרצוי במלאי תינתן אפשרות לקבלת תו קנייה באותו שווי או זיכוי לאמצעי התשלום כמו בתהליך החזרה). 
  • הפריט ניתן להחלפה כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש והוא עם התווית המקורית. 
  • שירות החלפה ראשונה הינו בחינם, לאחר מכן בעלות של 19 ש״ח. 
  • ההחלפה למוצר זול יותר, הלקוחה תזוכה בהפרש המחיר.
  • החלפה למוצר יקר יותר, הלקוחה תחויב בהפרש המחיר. 

החזרות

  • ניתן לבצע החזרה עד 14 יום מקבלת המשלוח. 
  • שירות החזרה הינו בעלות של 19 ש״ח. 
  • הפריט ניתן להחזרה כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש והוא עם התווית המקורית. 
  • קבלת תו קנייה לחנות בשווי המוצר או זיכוי לאמצעי התשלום יבוצעו בעת הגעת המוצר חזרה למשרדינו וישלח מייל אישור. 
  • קבלת תוו קנייה יינתן באופן מיידי, זיכוי לאמצעי תשלום עד 14 ימי עסקים ובהתאם לבנק שלך.

 

משלוחים בינלאומיים

משלוחים

  • משלוח עד הבית בין 5 ל 10 ימי עסקים (הזמנות שיכנסו אחרי השעה 14:00 ייחשבו כיום עסקים הבא).
  • משלוח הינו בעלות של 115 ש״ח.
  • משלוח חינם מעל 1800 ש״ח. 

 

החזרות

  • ניתן לבצע החזרה עד 14 יום מקבלת המשלוח. 
  • לא ניתן לבצע החלפה למשלוחים לחו״ל.  
  • עלות משלוח חזרה הינה על הלקוח. 
  • הפריט ניתן להחזרה כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש והוא עם התווית המקורית.
  • קבלת תו קנייה לחנות בשווי המוצר או זיכוי לאמצעי התשלום יבוצעו בעת הגעת המוצר חזרה למשרדינו וישלח מייל אישור. 
  • קבלת תוו קנייה יינתן באופן מיידי, זיכוי לאמצעי תשלום עד 14 ימי עסקים ובהתאם לבנק שלך.

Domestic (IL) orders 

 

 

Self Pick-up

 

  • You can collect your order from our warehouse at Tel Giborim 5, Tel Aviv, Sunday - Thursday between 9am - 5pm.
  • Self pick-up is free of charge

 

Shipping

  • Express home delivery within 3 business days (orders after 14:00 will be considered as the next business day). 
  • Shipping cost is 29 ILS.
  • Free shipping on orders over 400 ILS

 Exchange 

  • You can exchange size, color, or item within 14 days of receiving the shipment (if the desired product is out of stock, a refund or voucher of the same value will be issued as part of the return process).
  • The item can be exchanged as long as it has not been used and still has the original tags.
  • The exchange service is free for the first exchange, after it will cost 19 ILS. 
  • If exchanging for a cheaper item, the customer will get a refund or a voucher for the price difference. 
  • If exchanging for a more expensive item, the customer will be charged the price difference.

 Returns

  • Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment. 
  • The return service costs 19 ILS. 
  • The item can be returned as long as it is unused and has the original tags. 
  • Refunds or credits will be processed upon the product's return to our office, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. 
  • Voucher will be given immediately, refund to payment method will take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.

 

International orders

 Shipping

  • Home delivery is between 5 to 10 business days (orders after 14:00 will be considered as the next business day). 
  • Shipping cost is 115 ILS.
  • Free shipping on orders above 1800 ILS.
  • Duties and taxes: all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 Returns

  • International orders can only be returned and not exchanged. 
  • Return expenses will be at the charge of the customer.
