Shipping

• Home delivery is between 5 to 10 business days (orders after 14:00 will be considered as the next business day). 

• Shipping cost is 85 ILS.

• Free shipping on orders above 400 USD (1400 ILS).

• Duties and taxes: all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 Returns

• Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment. 

• International orders can only be returned and not exchanged. 

• Return expenses will be at the charge of the customer. 

• The item can be returned as long as it is unused and has the original tags. 

• Refunds or credits will be processed upon the product's return to our office, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

• Voucher will be given immediately, refund to payment method will take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
